Q. What are your work timings?

A: Bangladesh Office: 10:00 AM to 2:0 0AM (i.e. 12:00 AM to 04:00 PM EST)
Closed on Fridays
US Office: 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM (EST)
Closed on Saturdays and Sundays

 

Q. What kind of customer support do you provide?

A: Most of the client communications is through our online client portal. However clients can also reach us at support@pixelstudio360.net or call us during our office hours at 860 747 2279 (USA) or +880 1713009622 (Bangladesh).

 

UPLOADING & DOWNLOADING IMAGES

Q. How do I upload images?

A: We have 2 uploading options: Browser upload via our Online Application, or FTP(S) / SFTP File Transfer. Click here to create an account on our Online Application.

 

Q. How do I download the processed images?

A: When images are completed they can be downloaded via our Web Application, or by direct FTP Transfer to your desktop. We also offer Auto Push functionality to drop the images back on your FTP server.

 

Q. Do you offer direct FTP transfer?

A: Yes. We recommend the FTP client ‘FileZilla’ to connect to the PS360 FTPs.  Download free FTP client from the link below: https://filezilla-project.org/.

 

Q. What type of files do you accept?

A: Feel free to send us any file, whether it is JPG, TIFF, PSD or EPS. However, we recommend JPG files to save time if your final requirement is in this format or feel free to send us what is best for you.

 

Q. Is there a maximum size limit?

A: No, there are no limitations on the file size or amount of pictures you can send us. However bear in mind that our online uploader can’t upload file bigger than 64MB (each file), but you can upload as many smaller files as you need at once. If you have a file bigger than 64MB you will need to use the FTP system.

 

PAYMENT & INVOICING

Q. Which payment methods do you support?

A: We accept most major credit cards, Direct Bank-to-Bank transfer and paypal.

 

Q. Do you offer payment on bank account?

A: Yes, for our customers on contract and for High volume clients.

 

Q. Can I set up a weekly or monthly payment plan?

A: Yes. We have many clients who send us ongoing work throughout the year. If this is your case you can set up a weekly or monthly payment system. Every time you send us an order, we will add it to your one invoice with all the details including date, batch number, quantity, type of service required and price. Before you pay every week/month you will be able to check if everything is ok and then make a payment.

Q. What services do you offer?

Q. What image editing software do you use?

A: We use all Adobe Image Editing software to edit the images

 

Q. Can you standardize my images for Amazon / EBay?

A: Yes. We have Amazon / EBay approved standardization documents available to optimize your Amazon / Ebay web stores.

 

Q. Are your images be used for commercial purposes?

A: We guarantee that all your images will be destroyed after completion of work and we will not be used, sold or shared with any third parties without your consent.

 

Q. What format will the final images be?

A: We can provide your images in any formats you require them in. In general, for clipping paths we will use JPG, masking in PNG, PSD or TIFF and so on.

 

Q. How long does it usually take a job to be complete?

A: Completion time depends on the complexity and quantity of your project; we will let you know the turnaround time when we receive your order or request for a quotation. Most times you can expect a delivery within 24 hours; however smaller jobs as for 5, 10 or 20 images can be delivered in up to 6 or 12 hours. We understand sometimes the work is urgent and we want to support as much as we can in these cases. Just let us know and your job will be dealt with top priority.

 

Q. Is there a minimum order requirement?

A: There are no minimums or maximums with Pixel Studio 360. Send your images, no matter the size, and you will get the same great results.

 

Q. What happens if I am not happy with a completed image?

A: Don’t worry, just write us an email and we will review it straightaway and do our best to correct it in record time. There are no limits to revisions and will not incur in ANY extra costs to you.

 

PRICING

Q. How do I get a discount?

A: Discounts start at around 5,000 images annual volume. Please get in contact for a customized quote or request for proposal. You can also view our discount rates by clicking here.

 

Q. Can you offer a flat rate?

A: Flat rates are difficult to provide however products category wise flat rates can be provided.

 

Q. How can I receive a quotation and within how long?

A: Visit the quote request page. Upload your images, fill in and submit the form. You can expect a reply within a couple of hours.

 

USING CLIENT PORTAL

Q. How do I add instructions?

A: There are 2 ways of adding instructions: If you have instructions for the entire job, you can add them under the job name, under the “Instructions” heading. If you have instructions for a particular image, you can click the pencil icon below the image and add your instructions.

 

Q. Can I reject images?

A: Our images rejection rates are often less than 1% and any rejected image is redone immediately at no extra charge.

 

Q. How do I change my account settings?

A: In the top right-hand corner, click “My Account” and then click “Account.” Here, you can modify your account information. Please note that you cannot change your email address. If you want to use a different email address, you will have to create a new account.

 

Q. Is my data secure?

A: We do our best to keep all data as secure as possible. All data is kept behind professional firewalls and is only accessible using individual username and encrypted passwords. Images can be uploaded and downloaded to and from the Pixel Studio 360 servers using FTP and FTPS. In addition to this we also offer SFTP data transfer and storage.

 

Q. How secure is your website/FTP?

A: Pixel Studio 360 does its best to keep all data as secure as possible. All data is kept behind professional firewalls and is only accessible using individual username and encrypted passwords. Images can be uploaded and downloaded to and from the Pixel Studio 360 servers using FTP and FTPS. In addition to this we also offer SFTP data transfer and storage. To validate the domains, pixelstudio360.net website and FTP servers use SSL Certificates (https and ftps). This way clients can rest assure that they are in fact uploading to pixelstudio360.net and not in any other websites.
